What We Expect
  • Upper Intermediate English (B2 or above)
    Basic jobseeking skills (CV, interview prep, networking etc.) – these can be obtained on our other programmes
  • Actively wanting a job in Customer Support and ready to engage with hiring managers
  • Typing speed sufficient to develop it for a CS role (test required)
  • 20+ hours per week of work
